REGISTRATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

• Registration cancellation request must be notified in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• In case of cancellation request made before August 1, 2025, the deposited registration fee will be refunded after deducting 10% of the bank charges.
• No refund will be made for cancellations made after August 1, 2025.
• After August 1, 2025, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.

Accommodation Informations

• The prices stated are for 3 nights and package prices will be applied.
• Seginus Hotel includes accommodation package; 3-day accommodation fee (29 October 2025 check-in - 1 November 2025 check-out) includes open buffet breakfast, lunch at the congress hotel on scientific program days, dinner, coffee breaks and entrance to the stand area and meeting rooms.
• VAT (10%) will be added to the specified accommodation prices and Accommodation Tax (2%) has been added
• The accommodation package fee must be deposited to the account number specified below and the payment document must be sent to the meeting organization secretariat via e-mail.

The external participation fee for non-accommodating guests includes lunch and a total of 6 coffee breaks on the scientific session days and excludes VAT.
