REGISTRATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

  • Registration cancellation request must be notified in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
  • In case of cancellation request made before August 1, 2025, the deposited registration fee will be refunded after deducting 10% of the bank charges.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations made after August 1, 2025.
  • After August 1, 2025, only name changes will be accepted.
  • All refunds will be made after the congress.
